The river view from our room was stunning. Valet parking fees were quite high at $48 per night. There’s a happy hour with decent offers, but be prepared for slow service at the restaurant. Overall, a nice stay.

The location is perfect for exploring historic sights. Our room had a nice river view. Valet parking is $38 extra per day, which adds up. The happy hour was enjoyable, but service at the restaurant was slow. a decent stay.

I had a really rough time at this hotel. The room was super outdated and felt dirty, with stains everywhere and a disgusting shower. I expected so much more for the price, seriously disappointing experience all around.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Missed pay-per-view TV and had noisy nights.

The Hyatt Regency Savannah boasts an incredible view of the river from the sundeck, making it a perfect spot to unwind.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and the valet service was super quick and efficient I didn't have to wait long to get my car when we wanted to go out.
It wasn’t cheap but for the quality and service we experienced it felt justifiable.

The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and the breakfast buffet is a delightful feast.
The pull-out mattress bed was not impressive.

My recent stay was exceptional, with everything from River Street and the historic waterfront just a short 5-minute walk away, to landmarks like Chippewa Square and Forsyth Park, making it incredibly easy to soak in the city’s rich history and vibrant atmosphere right from the doorstep; plus, I enjoyed a lovely river view from my room and beneficial amenities, though I would appreciate a bit more attention to cleaning the rooms.

Perfectly located by the river, we enjoyed not needing to move the car for days. The view was limited; our corner room had moments of beauty but mostly overlooked a parking lot. The staff was friendly and the hotel's charm embraced us. the elevators malfunctioned, creating frustrating waits, and the room wasn't as clean as we'd hoped, with dust and questionable linens. Despite a scary elevator incident, we had a nice break, savoring good meals and the lovely terrace views. Just check the details before booking!

Upon arrival, the staff exuded warmth and friendliness. This is a standout feature. The location is impeccable, allowing ease of access to numerous attractions. We returned to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our anniversary, and the personal touches were appreciated; staff remembered us from before. there were significant drawbacks. The cleanliness of our room was concerning, with initial issues forcing us to switch rooms. The hallways emitted an unpleasant odor. Amenities fell short, with absent service for minor requests. Dining was disappointing, and service at the restaurant left much to be desired. Despite this, I see potential for improvement. With focused attention to details, this property could shine brighter.

The bed was extremely comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from. I appreciated that the water was hot right away in the shower. The blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. The towels were large and absorbent. the room wasn’t maintained well; we switched from a room with a splatter on the headboard. The noise level was noticeable at times, and the bathroom door was dirty with a broken lock. Staff responsiveness was good, especially when addressing our concerns. the room had potential, but cleanliness issues detracted from the experience.

The restaurant served sneaky good food from a fancy kitchen, and the riverside window view was like a free marine exhibit. The safety features made me feel like a superstar. I barely needed anything, they had it all covered!
I absolutely loved feeling like I was baking in an oven in my room.

One thing I really appreciated was the helpful staff. They were super accommodating and even let us check in a bit early, which was a nice bonus. The location was fantastic, right on River Street and close to all the sights in Savannah. The lobby and restaurant were also really nice, with modern seating areas that made for a comfortable hangout spot. there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness wasn't up to par - dusty windows, bugs in the light covers, and a general lack of attention to detail in the rooms. The room itself felt dated, despite some minor aesthetic updates. The small, flat pillows were a major downside, and the room had a damp odor, which wasn't pleasant. Another issue we encountered was with the valet parking service. Despite the high cost, the service was subpar. Long wait times, mixed-up car retrieval, and a generally unhelpful attitude from some of the staff made the experience quite frustrating.

The check-in staff was super helpful, getting our rooms next to our family. The central location was perfect for exploring, and the beautiful lobby added to the charm. Plus, the icy AC in the room and comfy bed made for a relaxing stay.
The issue with parking fees was a downside. Additionally, the flat pillows made sleeping uncomfortable.

I chose the Hyatt Regency Savannah solely for its convenient location near the Cathedral of St John the Baptist, which I was eager to visit. The free WiFi throughout the property was a pleasant surprise, and I also enjoyed the variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance, especially the authentic southern cuisine at Moss + Oak Eatery.
Small, limited business center.

The hotel is perfectly located right by the water and downtown attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast had a great selection of dishes and the coffee was delicious.
The bar closed a bit early at 11 pm, which was a downside for those looking for a later nightcap. It was sometimes challenging to locate the concierge for assistance when needed.

i had a great experience staying at hyatt regency. the location of the hotel is excellent and is within walking distance from riverwalk and the plant district restaurants and bars, including starbucks. our room was comfortable and our view of the river was great. the valet service was great and very timely. it's really your only safe parking option though and is a little expensive. $38 per day. staff was friendly and helpful! room was comfortable. central location within walking distance of everything in downtown. price was comparable to other hotels in the area so i think it was a reasonable price.
It was all superb! 😊

Great location along River Walk with balcony rooms overlooking the river, fantastic views, and easy access to river boat and trolley stop.
Felt really like home, no complaints at all.

cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring. the concierge - jim - was incredibly helpful in giving local tips and recommendations. also, the front desk staff made us feel right at home - especially tequila and the breakfast crew.
Couldn't recommend more.

My stay at a Hyatt in Savannah was overall enjoyable. The upgraded room with a balcony overlooking the river was a nice touch. The valet service was excellent and the staff at the buffet was friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to various attractions. The gym and other common facilities were well-maintained.
The breakfast at the restaurant was a disappointment. The food, especially the scrambled eggs, was barely edible and the quality was below expectations.
